• Please make sure to provide DW NATUROSQIN ENTERPRISE (NATUROSQIN, We, Our, Us) with your full and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. NATUROSQIN or our courier/delivery partner (DHL/GDEX/Tuudi/Runner) will not be liable to refund or return of the items purchased in case of failed address submission by the customers.

• We will not take responsibility for stolen or misplaced packages once they have been submitted for delivery to the corresponding courier services or post office.

• We will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damages or loss. 

• If a parcel arrives damaged, snap photos of the damaged box before you open the parcel. Then open the package and carefully check your goods for signs of damage.

• If they do prove to be damaged, take photos of any damaged items. Reseal the box, send us the photos and we will arrange a reverse pick up. We will then resend you a new set of items. Please note that you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Don’t forget to keep all damaged goods and their packaging as you may be required to return these to us.

• Once we receive your parcel, we will only resend the replacement to you.

ORDER FULFILMENT

Kindly note that our products are made fresh in small batches. We do not keep stock unless an order is made. It will take approximately 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) for Us to fulfil the order for the following products: ​ 

• Shower Parfait

• Foaming Body Scrub

• Moisturising Hand & Body Cream 

• Solid Shampoo Bar

• Solid Conditioner Bar

For pre-orders for bath bombs and solid bubble baths, it will take approximately 3-5 working days for the us to fulfill your order.

If you have put in an order and made payment on a Friday, weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or public holiday, your order will only be processed on the next business day.

STANDARD DELIVERY (WEST MALAYSIA) RM10

• Please take note that all orders will only be processed, shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Delivery is estimated to take up 3 – 7 business days from the date you purchase your products. Pre-Order items (Bath bombs / Solid Bubble Scoop) will take up to 7-10  days from the date you purchased.

• Orders placed on Friday, weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day and fulfilled as per the Order Fulfilment listed above. It will be delivered by our respective courier services within a week, excluding Public Holidays. Please take note that the delivery time will vary during high demand of festive seasons. During this period, we will announce the cut-off time for delivery.

• We do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

• All shipped orders will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You can track your order delivery status by visiting the respective courier services website.
